Student-Benefit Theory Law and Legal Definition
Student benefit theory is a principle that allows state funds to be provided to private school pupils if the allotment can be justified as benefiting the child. This rule is subject to many criticisms and is followed only by few states in the U.S. This is also known as the student benefit theory.
