Student With a Disability Law and Legal Definition
Student with a disability is a person who is determined by an individualized education program team or a hearing officer to have one or more impairments. The impairment must necessitate special education or related services. S/he must not be a person more than 25 years of age or a graduate from high school.[MICH. ADMIN. CODE R 340.1702]
