Sub Modo Law and Legal Definition
Sub modo is a Latin term which means ‘subject to alteration or requirement.’ In a contract Sub modo, the agreement between the parties may be altered or limited within certain parameters. An agreement as to property, license and contracts of any type can be sub modo.
