Sub-Offices (Immigration) Law and Legal Definition
Sub offices are those offices which are found in some Districts that serve a portion of the District's jurisdiction. A Sub-office is headed by an Officer-in-Charge and s/he provides many services and enforcement functions. Their locations are determined, in part, to increase convenience to INS' customers.
