Subdominant Trees Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 16 USCS § 6703 (11), [Title 16. Conservation; Chapter 86. Southwest Forest Health and Wildfire Prevention] the term subdominant trees means “trees that occur underneath the canopy or extend into the canopy but are smaller and less vigorous than dominant trees.”
