Subreption Law and Legal Definition
Subreption is the deliberate concealment or misrepresentation of facts in order to gain some benefit or advantage. For example, it may be concealment of the pertinent facts in a petition, asking for something to be granted or a favor, that in certain cases nullifies the benefit granted. It may also refer to the inference drawn from the intentional concealment of facts.
