Substantial Underrepresentation [Business Credit and Assistance] Law and Legal Definition
According to 13 CFR 127.102 [Title 13 -- Business Credit and Assistance; Chapter I -- Small Business Administration; Part 127 -- Women-Owned Small Business Federal Contract Assistance Procedures; Subpart A -- General Provisions], substantial underrepresentation means “a disparity ratio between 0.0 and 0.5; i.e., the ratio representing the WOSB share of Federal prime contract dollars divided by the WOSB share of total business receipts.”
