Sudden Pollution Law and Legal Definition
Sudden pollution means “pollution which occurs abruptly, instantly, or within a very short period of time.” Asbestos Removal Corp. of Am. v. Guaranty Nat'l Ins. Co., 846 F. Supp. 33, 35 (E.D. Va. 1994)
