Supplemental Affidavit Law and Legal Definition
Supplemental affidavit is an additional affidavit or subsequent affidavit in addition to the original one. An affidavit filed by the creditor in attachment in addition to the affidavit upon which the writ was issued is a supplemental affidavit. It sets forth further facts in support of the application for the writ.
