Supplemental Pay Law and Legal Definition
Supplemental pay is the pay made other than wages. It includes overtime and pay for the work done in addition to the regular work schedule. Pay for the work done on weekends and holidays are supplemental pay. Non production bonuses such as referral bonuses and lump-sum payments provided pursuant to wage increases are also included in supplemental pay.
