Supplemental Services Trust Law and Legal Definition
Supplemental Services Trust is a trust for individuals with mental illness or mental retardation, or other developmental disability that allows certain assets to be sheltered for limited purposes, while a portion of the assets goes to the State for the use of other citizens with disabilities upon the death of the beneficiary of the trust.
