Supplier License (Gaming Law) Law and Legal Definition
Supplier license is license issued by the state gaming control board or commission authorizing a supplier to supply products or services related to slot machines, table game devices or associated equipment to slot machine licensees for gaming purposes. A supplier license gives authority to a supplier to sell slot machines to, or place them on a revenue share basis in, licensed riverboat casinos, live racing facilities with gaming devices and in a land-based casino. A supplier can market its products and expand the area of market on getting a supplier's license.
