Surveillance Requirements [Energy] Law and Legal Definition
According to 10 CFR 76.4 [Title 10 – Energy; Chapter I -- Nuclear Regulatory Commission; Part 76 -- Certification of Gaseous Diffusion Plants; Subpart A -- General Provisions], the term surveillance requirements means “requirements relating to test, calibration, or inspection to ensure that the necessary quality of systems and components is maintained, that plant operation will be within the safety limits, and that the limiting conditions of operation will be met.”
