Unfair Practice Law and Legal Definition
Under Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, an unfair practice can be defined as "one that 'offends established public policy' and one that is 'immoral, unethical, oppressive, unscrupulous, or substantially injurious to consumers.'"
