Uniform Trade Secrets Act Law and Legal Definition
Uniform Trade Secrets Act was completed by the Uniform Law Commissioners in 1979, and amended in 1985.It provides states with a legal framework for improved trade secret protection to industry. Many states in the U.S. have adopted the act. Massachusetts, New Jersey and New York adopted it in 2010.
