Uniform Transfer of Litigation Act Law and Legal Definition
Uniform Transfer of Litigation Act was drafted by the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws (NCCUSL) in 1991. This act permits courts of one state to transfer litigation to courts of another state, and vice versa. No court is forced to transfer or to accept transfer under this Act.
