Uniform Wage Withholding and Unemployment Procedure Act Law and Legal Definition
Uniform Wage Withholding and Unemployment Procedure Act was drafted by the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws (NCCUSL) in 2004. This act provides for a uniform wage base for computing both income tax withholding and unemployment compensation tax withholding, and uniform reporting and payment requirements for employers.
