Unilateral Advance Pricing Agreement Law and Legal Definition
Unilateral advance pricing agreement is an advance pricing agreement made between a company and one tax authority. This does not necessarily allow a company or help a company to reduce or avoid double taxation. The transfer-pricing method included in the agreement is not binding on a tax authority which is not a party to the agreement.
