Unit Clarification Law and Legal Definition
Unit Clarification is modification or change in the original composition of a bargaining unit. Unit clarification is a procedure adopted for eliminating or adding certain employees to an existing bargaining unit. It may also be consolidation of existing units into one comprehensive unit.
