United States Army Retraining Brigade Law and Legal Definition
United States Army Retraining Brigade (USARB) is a program to motivate and retrain military prisoners who are serving sentences which include no punitive discharges or who have suspended punitive discharges with no more than six months in prison. The USARB prepares qualified prisoners for reentry into the military service and identifies those prisoners who should return to civilian life instead.
