United States Military Academy Law and Legal Definition
The United States Military Academy is an institution of higher learning in the U.S. Department of the Army. The Academy is often called West Point. The Academy accomplishes its mission by developing cadets intellectually, physically, militarily, ethically, spiritually, and socially. The Academy is responsible for educating and training officers for service in the U.S. Army.
