United States Qualifying Tribal Entity Law and Legal Definition
According to 22 CFR 41.0 [Title22; Foreign Relations; Chapter I; Department of State; Subchapter E; Visas; Part 41; Visas: Documentation of Nonimmigrants under the Immigration and Nationality Act, as Amended; Subpart A; Passsport and Visas Not Required For Certain Nomimmigrants], United States qualifying tribal entity means a tribe, band, or other group of Native Americans formally recognized by the United States Government which agrees to meet WHTI(Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative) document standards.
