Unlawful picketing is a picketing that is carried out in violation of law. Such a picketing which is in furtherance of a legitimate interest of labor or is not carried on peacefully. A picketing in which the picketers use threats or violence to dissuade other employees from returning to work may be described as an unlawful picketing.
