Unliquidated means not previously specified, determined, ascertained, adjusted or settled. For example unliquidated damages (damages that cannot be determined by a fixed formula), unliquidated claim (a claim in which the amount owed has not been determined), unliquidated debt (a debt that is not reduced to a specific amount).
