Unreasonable Search Law and Legal Definition
Unreasonable search is a search that is performed without any legal authority. In other words, an unreasonable search is an examination or inspection of a person’s premises, person, papers or effects in order to find out some stolen contraband or illicit property or for some evidence of guilt to be used in a prosecution for a crime without any authority of law.
