Unrevoked Law and Legal Definition
Unrevoked means not cancelled or annulled. Revocation is a broad sense, refers to the cancelling or annulling of something previously done, such a revoking a person's driving privileges because of excessive violations, or revoking an immigrant's citizenship for conviction of a crime.
In the context of adoption law, for example, it refers to the process by which a birth parent nullifies a Consent to Adoption that he or she previously signed. The laws covering revocation vary considerably from state to state in defining the availability of a revocation, and if allowable, the circumstances and time limits under which it is possible.
