Upper Great Lakes Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 16 USCS § 941b (12), [Title 16. Conservation; Chapter 15B. Great Lakes Fish and Wildlife Restoration] the term upper Great Lakes means “that portion of the Great Lakes Basin which is upstream from the confluence of the Saint Clair River and Lake Huron near Port Huron, Michigan.”
