U.S. Controlled Space [National Security] Law and Legal Definition
U.S. controlled space means a room or floor within a facility, the access to which is physically controlled by U.S. persons who are authorized U.S. government or U.S. government contractor employees. U.S. controlled space do not include a U.S. controlled facility. The U.S. persons so appointed will have the exclusive control of the keys or number combination that is used to lock the controlling entrance to U.S.-controlled spaces.
