USDOJ Law and Legal Definition
USDOJ is the abbreviation for the United States Department of Justice. It is the federal executive branch of the U.S. government that is responsible for law enforcement and the administration of justice. The department is headed by the Attorney General. The Attorney General is nominated by the U.S. President and confirmed by the Senate, and is a member of the Cabinet.
USDOJ’s aims to:
