Value of Additional Commodities Allocated to Each State Law and Legal Definition
According to 7 USCS § 7501 (Title 7, Agriculture; Chapter 102, Emergency Food Assistance), the term "value of additional commodities allocated to each State" means “the actual cost of additional commodities allocated to each State that are paid by the Secretary (including the distribution and processing costs incurred by the Secretary).”
