Vested Future Estate Law and Legal Definition
Vested future estate is an estate which exists when there is a person in being who would have an immediate right to the possession of the lands upon the ceasing of the intermediate or precedent estate. [Palmer v. Dunham, 6 N.Y.S. 46, 47 (N.Y. Sup. Ct. 1889)]
