Video Programming Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 47 USCS § 522 (20), [Title 47. Telegraphs, Telephones, and Radiotelegraphs; Chapter 5. Wire or Radio Communication; Cable Communications; General Provisions] the term video programming means “programming provided by, or generally considered comparable to programming provided by, a television broadcast station.”
