Vocational Student Organizations [Education] Law and Legal Definition
According to 34 CFR 400.4 (b) [Title 34 – Education; Subtitle B -- Regulations of the Offices of the Department of Education; Chapter IV -- Office of Vocational and Adult Education, Department of Education; Part 400 -- Vocational and Applied Technology Education Programs -- General Provisions], the term vocational student organizations means “those organizations for individuals enrolled in vocational education programs that engage in activities as an integral part of the instructional program. These organizations may have State and national units that aggregate the work and purposes of instruction in vocational educational education at the local level.”
