Vocational Training Program for Veterans Law and Legal Definition
According to 38 CFR 21.6005 [Title 38 Pensions, Bonuses, and Veterans' Relief; Chapter I Department of Veterans Affairs; Part 21 Vocational Rehabilitation and Education; Subpart I Temporary Program of Vocational Training for Certain New Pension Recipients], vocational training program for Veterans means vocationally oriented services and assistance of the kind provided under chapter 31 of the title 38 U.S.C. and such other services and assistance of the kind provided under that chapter as are necessary to enable the veteran to prepare for, and participate in, vocational training or employment.
