Voluntas Testatoris Est Ambulatoria Usque Ad Extremum Vitae Exitum Law and Legal Definition
Voluntas testatoris est ambulatoria usque ad extremum vitae exitum is a legal maxim used in connection with wills of an individual. The final will of the testator can only be considered as valid. A subsequent will always revokes an earlier will.
