Withdrawal (Gaming Law) Law and Legal Definition
Withdrawal is referred to cancellation of license of an organization playing Bingo. When an organization wishes to withdraw from gaming, the request must be submitted to the authorities in writing and must be signed by an officer. The withdrawal request must state the last date a gaming session was held, along with an inventory of supplies possessed. The organization must surrender the original license, pay all dues and file a final quarterly report before the licensing authority.
