W-2 Form Law and Legal Definition
W-2 form is a form that an employer sends to an employee at the end of a year. This form reports an employee’s annual wages and the amount of taxes withheld from his/her paycheck. A w-2 form is prepared by an employer and is filed with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
