Wage Loss Law and Legal Definition
The wage loss is an award that provides compensation to workers with loss of earnings resulting from an injury. An injured worker is eligible for wage loss compensation if they return to work and suffer a wage loss, or if they are unable to find work because of their physical capabilities.
ORC Ann. 4123.56 of the Ohio Statute deals with wage loss compensation.
