Wage Report Law and Legal Definition
Wage report is a quarterly report by a subject employer record the wages of each individual worker in employment during the quarter. The wage report include the employer name and address, nature of business, state identification number, federal identification number, social security number, total wages for employees, and the details of year and quarter being reported. In Washington State the wage report also includes the number of hours worked per quarter.
