Walk Through Law and Legal Definition
Walk through is the final inspection conducted by a buyer on a property before the sale is finalized. Walk through is done to confirm:
1. the contingencies specified in the purchase agreement has been completed;
2. the fixtures and non-fixtures is in place; and
3. the electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems are in working order.
The walk through is conducted by the buyer usually on the day of closing or the day before closing the sale deed.
