Warrantizare Law and Legal Definition
Warrantizare is a Latin term which means to warrant by covenant. It means to defend the grantee’s title and possession in a deed of conveyance. The word warrantizare alone would create a warranty in deeds, and that neither defendere nor acquietare, although both of them more significant terms than concedere, would have that effect. It is also spelled as warantizare.
