Warren Commission Law and Legal Definition
Warren Commission refers to the Commission on the Assassination of President Kennedy, established to investigate the assassination of the U.S. President John F. Kennedy. The Commission presented its 888-page final report was presented to President Johnson on September 24, 1964. According to the Commission report, Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone in the killing of Kennedy. The Commission was headed by Chief Justice Earl Warren.
