Wasted Law and Legal Definition
The term wasted is used in law to denote a state of intoxication due to drugs. The term is also used to describe a ruined or uninhabitable place. When a body part is diminished in size or strength because of an injury or disease, it can be called wasted. When words are used in a needless or superfluous manner it can be said to be wasted.
