Water Nuisance Law and Legal Definition
Water nuisance is a wrongful interference with waters or water rights. The wrongful ponding or casting of water upon the premises of another, or an unsanitary, disagreeable, harmful, or dangerous condition caused by an accumulation of water, or by the pollution thereof are all water nuisances.
