Weatherization Project Law and Legal Definition
According to 10 CFR 440.3 [Title 10 Energy; Chapter II Department of Energy; Subchapter D Energy Conservation; Part 440 Weatherization Assistance for Low-Income Persons], the term Weatherization Project means “a project conducted in a single geographical area which undertakes to weatherize dwelling units that are energy inefficient.”
