Week of Unemployment Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 19 USCS § 2319 (14), [Title 19. Customs Duties; Chapter 12. Trade Act of 1974; Relief from Injury Caused by Import Competition; Adjustment Assistance for Workers; General Provisions] the term week of unemployment means “a week of total, part-total, or partial unemployment as determined under the applicable State law or Federal unemployment insurance law.”
