Wholesale Transmission Services Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 16 USCS § 796 (24), [Title 16. Conservation; Chapter 12. Federal Regulation and Development of Power; Regulation of the Development of Water Power and Resources] the term wholesale transmission services means “the transmission of electric energy sold, or to be sold, at wholesale in interstate commerce.”
