Willful Deliberate and Premeditated Killing Law and Legal Definition
A killing is said to be willful when it is intentional; When the mind has formed a full conscious purpose to kill, it is premeditated; When there is time to form the conscious purpose to kill and to select a weapon with which to kill or adopt a plan with which to carry this design into execution, it is premeditated.[Rock v.
