Withdrawal (Immigration) Law and Legal Definition
Withdrawal in the context of Immigration law refers to an arriving alien's voluntary retraction of an application for admission to the United States instead of having to appear in front of an immigration judge for a removal hearing or an expedited removal. Withdrawals are not included in nonimmigrant admission data.
