Work flow is defined as the business process starting from initial sales to operations to fulfillment. At the basic level, work flow is usually similar for all organizations. The work flow would be typically that the work comes in, that is the sales, then it is processed and finally the work is completed or fulfilled. The complexity of the work flow depends on the organization. In order to be a part of successful business, proper apprehension of the work flow is important.
